Bolloré Transport & Logistics legal department: legal leading champion to challenge on digital transformation

The Bolloré Transport & Logistics legal department has been identified as a « legal transformation champion » on digital transformation by EDHEC researchers.

According to Soufiane Kherrazi, research director at the EDHEC Augmented Law Institute, Bolloré’s Legal Departement is conducting digital transformation on an international scale:

For lawyers located in several regions around the world;

To merge the operating systems of regional legal departements;
To create added value and improve the efficiency of legal operations.;

For several years now, legal departments have understood that their working methods must evolve, or even be overturned and reorganised. This transformation requires, among other things, the search for solutions and, above all, innovative ideas. Innovation is certainly technology, but technology for the benefit of a project specific to a company and a legal department. Innovation must therefore be preceded by reflection, by a strategy.
